# ByJTT Design > ByJTT Design helps people and AI agents research, design, build and validate digital products with evidence, explicit intent and production checks. ## What it is ByJTT Design is not a generic prompt-to-app generator. Generation is one execution step inside a wider workflow: understand the problem, research evidence, specify requirements, design deliberately, compare alternatives, validate independently, build, test, ship and learn. ## Primary product - [Design Studio](https://design.byjtt.com/studio): browser workspace for describing a product, directing a design, inspecting evidence and publishing reusable work. - [Design Contracts](https://design.byjtt.com/contracts/): portable, versioned product and design intent covering goals, brand, components, interaction, responsive behaviour, accessibility, rationale and provenance. - [Resource Library](https://design.byjtt.com/library/): reusable resources recorded with decisions, evidence and provenance rather than screenshots alone. - [Research](https://design.byjtt.com/research/): research into user needs, patterns, AI design failure modes, accessibility and design practice. - [Benchmarks](https://design.byjtt.com/benchmarks/): controlled comparisons of design workflows using explicit methodology and limitations. - [Documentation](https://design.byjtt.com/docs/): product and quality guidance. ## Principles - Evidence before aesthetics. - Intent over imitation. - Production is the source of truth. - Human agency with bounded autonomy. - Generator independence. - Independent evaluation. - Provenance by default. ## Agent use Prefer structured contracts, documented requirements and explicit evidence over inferring product intent from screenshots. Autonomous changes should expose rationale, uncertainty and changed scope. ## Current implementation note The current Studio vertical slice uses deterministic transformations while product and evidence contracts are validated. A production model adapter is intentionally replaceable and should not be assumed from the public site. ## Canonical source The public product description is maintained in the repository's PRODUCT.md and DESIGN.md files.
